現在、シンガポール航空の機内にて、いづみ橋「恵（めぐみ）純米吟醸」が提供されています。
自社栽培の海老名産山田錦を使用したこのお酒は、当蔵の代表作のひとつです。
柔らかな旨みと白桃や洋梨を思わせる優しい香り、すっきりとした上品な後味が特徴で、機内食との相性も抜群。
「栽培醸造蔵」としての理念が詰まった一本を、空の上でお楽しみいただけることに心より感謝申し上げます。

Izumihashi’s “Megumi Junmai Ginjo” is currently being served on Singapore Airlines flights.
This sake, made using Yamadanishiki rice grown in-house in Ebina, is one of our signature products.
It has a soft umami flavor, a gentle aroma reminiscent of white peach and pear, and a clean, elegant aftertaste, making it an excellent match with in-flight meals.
