泉橋酒造はこのたび、長年の夢だった「酒米の品質を収穫前に予測する技術」の特許を出願しました！
出願は、神奈川県立産業技術総合研究所と千葉大学（濱助教授）との共同研究の成果です。
ドローンと特殊カメラで田んぼを撮影し、その画像から米のタンパク質量など品質を分析することで、日本酒造りに最適な酒米を区画ごとに選び分けられる画期的な仕組みです。
この技術により、酒質設計の精度が格段に上がり、より狙った味わいの日本酒をお届けできるようになります。
足掛け9年、試行錯誤の末にたどり着いた大きな一歩。これからも「米作りからの酒造り」を進化させてまいります。
