10月14日は、今期2回目の酒米の等級検査日でした。
結果は――まずまずの出来

暑い夏を乗り越えてここまで育ててくださった農家の皆さんに感謝です!
このお米を使って美味しいお酒を醸します
Today, October 14, was our second rice grading day of this brewing season.
The results were quite good overall 

A big thank-you to all the farmers who worked hard through the hot summer,
and to our team members who support the brewery every day.
