10月13日（日）に予定していた「第30回 稲刈り会」は、残念ながら天候の影響で開催できませんでした。ご参加を楽しみにしてくださっていた酒販店・飲食店の皆さま、本当に申し訳ありません。
そして夜は、蔵内で恒例の「洗い付け」。
今年の酒造りのスタートを皆でお祝いしました
おかげさまで、無事に新たな仕込みが始まっています。
今月の酒蔵は、酒米の収穫と仕込みのスタートが重なり大忙しですが、秋の空気の中に漂う麹の香りは、やっぱり心が引き締まります。
今年も美味しいお酒をお届けできるよう、蔵人一同がんばります！
【30th Annual Rice Harvest Gathering & Start of Brewing Season】
Unfortunately, due to the weather, we had to cancel our 30th Annual Rice Harvest Gathering scheduled for October 13.
We sincerely apologize to all our partners in the sake and restaurant industry who were planning to join us.
That evening, we held our traditional “Arai-tsuke” ceremony at the brewery — a celebration marking the official start of the brewing season.
Thanks to everyone’s efforts, our sake production for this year is now underway!
October is always our busiest month — it’s the time for both rice harvesting and the start of brewing.
As the aroma of koji fills the cool autumn air, our hearts are once again filled with excitement and focus.
We’ll do our very best to craft delicious sake again this season!
