秋の収穫作業と仕込み作業。栽培醸造蔵の秋！！！
10/16 おはようございます！
気持ち良く晴れたので朝から収穫を行なっています。
今日は蔵のすぐ裏の雄町米。春の田植えイベントで皆さまに植えていただいた田んぼです。今年は残念ながら中止になってしまったので皆さまの分も丁寧に刈りました
奥の蔵では同時並行で新酒の仕込み。
秋はまさに栽培醸造蔵という感じです。

The weather is beautiful and clear, so I’ve been busy with the harvest since this morning! Today, I’m harvesting the Omachi rice just behind the brewery. This is the same rice that everyone helped plant during our spring rice-planting event. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the event this year, but I’ve made sure to carefully harvest the rice on behalf of all of you.
Meanwhile, at the back of the brewery, we’re also brewing the new sake. Fall truly feels like the season of cultivation and brewing here at the brewery.
