2025/08/02 酒米研究会の総会と勉強会を開催しました。
8/1 泉橋酒造の原料米を栽培していただいてる”さがみ酒米研究会”の総会でした。毎日が酷暑的な中、これからは追肥のシーズンに入ります。
1998年から契約栽培をスタートし早28年、これからもいろいろと課題もありつつ前へ進むしかないですね。
On August 1st, we held a general meeting of the “Sake Rice Cultivation Team,” which grows the rice used to make sake for Izumibashi Sake Brewery. Our contract farmers work hard every day, despite the extreme heat, to produce high-quality rice. We are very grateful for this.
This team started in 1998, and it’s already been 28 years, so while there are still many challenges ahead, we have no choice but to keep moving forward.
