This sake has a mellow taste that is similar to “cotton candy that’s slightly sweet.” When used alone, it has a punchy, dry taste, but when combined with food, it completely transforms into a delicious taste that allows the alcohol and food to flow smoothly through the mouth.

Peach, Melon, Nectarine, Molasses, Honey, Walnuts, Cashew nuts, Coconuts, Almond

Rich and deep Umami, mild-sweetness, Viscous and pleasant texture.

Oaky like a whiskey aged in barrels, soy sauce, mirin. Mild-sweetness like sweet potato, and nutty.
