The sake pairing comes with 600 ml of sake. The sake pairing half course features 360 ml. Visitors who choose this option can enjoy seven or eight different sake! Non-alcoholic drinks of our own creation are also on offer by the bottle or glass!

Izumibashi’s restaurant is intended to allow patrons to fully experience our sake on offer. Because of this, children under 10 years old may not enter the premises. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We additionally do not offer a children’s menu. Prices do not include consumption tax.

Shin Nemoto

Shin Nemoto

Born 1973 in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture
After serving as at a catering outlet, chef Maharu Nemoto opened the Kita-Sendai Ma・Umi・Na・Shoku・Shin restaurant, eventually befriending Izumibashi’s Mr. Yuichi Hashiba. Soon, Mr. Hashiba fell in love with Nemoto’s cooking, culminating in the chef moving to Ebina City in 2015, where he now serves as head chef of Kuramoto Kakō.
