A Junmai Daiginjo made from Ebina’s estate-grown Rakufumai sake rice. One of Izumibashi’s most fragrant and sweet sakes. Well balanced flavor.

 

Aroma: Lychee, fragrant olive, violet, camellia, green plum, Italian parsley, wild chervil,

radish, apricot seed, pineapple

Palate : Smooth, mild sweetness, herbily bitterness,  light acidity, mouth filling umami

Retronasal Aroma:  Strong    Finish:  Medium
