8/6 早稲品種の酒米「楽風舞（らくふうまい）」
出穂（しゅっすい）のご報告です。
早いもので稲穂が顔を出しました。
この後の登熟期は、毎日の平均気温の積算がおおよそ1,000度ぐらいに達すると収獲です。（40日ほど)
暑さに負けず、順調に育ってほしいです。

From here, we enter the ripening stage, and once the accumulated average daily temperature reaches around 1,000°C (in about 40 days), it will be harvest time.
