◆Izumibashi sake brewery is in Kanagawa-pref(ken). Kanagawa is south of TOKYO.

◆Izumibashi brewery is in Ebina-city of Kanagawa-pref.  Ebina-city has a long aguricultural history of 2,000 years. Long long ago 3 rivers made a good rice field.

◆The areas of our rice field : 42ha  ( Brewery direct farming : 6ha  ,  contract farming : 36ha ）

• Mouchigawara（望地河原）
• Shindenjyuku（新田宿）
• EbinaGochi North（海老名耕地　北部）
• EbinaGochi South（海老名耕地　南部）

◆Farming policy:

• less or no agrochemicals
• relationship integrated from rice field to sake.

◆EbinaGochi has a long 2,000 years history.

◆Ohshima is  an upstream sandbank on the Sagami River.

• Yamada-nishiki（山田錦)
• Omachi（雄町）
• Shinriki（神力）、
• Kame-no-o（亀の尾）
• Rakuhumai（楽風舞）    total harvest : 140ｔ
• Our Yamada-nishiki (made in Kanagawa-pref)　is 20^th harvest in 47 prefectures of Japan at 2016.
