Hangiri-oke 、半切り桶

12/4　生酛造りに使う「半切り桶」の準備です。来週に今期の初・酛すり（山卸）をします。色が茶色なのは、夏場に柿渋を塗ってあるからです。

These are “Hangiri-oke” for making KIMOTO-making.
Now we are washing Hangiri-oke and will start KIMOTO-making next week.
This oke is made from Japanese ceder and the color is from an astringent persimmon.
