We use Omachi cultivated without pesticides or fertilizers in our own fields. This product made using traditional kimoto brewing method and aged for more than two years. Heating it enhances the umami and acidity, expanding the range of enjoyment.

 

Aroma: Roasted nuts, Yogurt, Sour cream, Mint

 

Palate : Smooth, Bitter-sweet, Bright acidity, Nutty, Mild umami
