The 22 semi-finalists of the 6th World Sake Sommelier Competition, sponsored by SSI, came to Izumibashi Sake Brewery！

 February 18th 2025, the 22 semi-finalists of the 6th World Sake Sommelier Competition, sponsored by SSI, came to Izumibashi Sake Brewery as part of an educational tour for training and a sake pairing dinner.

An amazing 282 people from all over the world entered this competition, which is held once every six years, and today was the semi-final, with the final tomorrow, February 20th, featuring the world’s best sake sommelier.
