Announcement of directly shop”SHU-YU-KAN ( 酒友館 ) ” Renewal Opening on March
We are pleased to announce that SHU-YU-KAN ( 酒友館 ) has been renewed as of March 22, 2025.
The new visitor center, SHU-YU-KAN, offers a comfortable shopping experience regardless of the weather.
We have expanded the area like a taproom, allowing you to relax and enjoy Izumibashi sake along with handmade japanese otsumami and rice flour pizza made from sake rice, Yamadanishiki.
Additionally, we have installed counter tables with monitors, where we plan to hold sake lectures and brewery tours using video presentations. Stay tuned for more updates!
Please note that the operating hours for shopping and dining are different.

【New location of SHU-YU-KAN】
・The facility has been relocated from the previous earthen warehouse to a newly renovated warehouse building. The shop opens at 10:00 AM.

【Food & Drink Service information】

In addition to our Japanese sake, shochu, and liqueurs, we now offer locally brewed beer served by the glass.

For designated drivers and non-drinkers, we continue to provide amazake drinks and carefully crafted soft drinks.

The highlight of our new menu is our original rice flour pizza! Made with rice flour derived from polished sake rice, the crust is delightfully light and crispy.
★ Important Notice ★ Previously, guests could enjoy bottled sake purchased from the shop at the terrace seating. However, due to changes in our business operations, consuming purchased bottles on-site (inside or on the terrace) will no longer be permitted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
