今朝は、純米大吟醸 楽風舞 生酛のしぼり。
「袋吊り」といい、もろみの自重だけで搾る特別な方法です。
圧をかけず繊細に斗瓶にお酒を集めます。

“Sake bag hanging”
In this special method, the fermented mash is placed into cloth bags, which are then hung and allowed to drip naturally. This slow dripping process helps to extract a clearer and more refined sake.
