Usu-Nigori means “a little bit cloudy.” Because of it is roughly filtered, It looks white.Through a single pasteurization, it captures a smooth sweetness while retaining freshness, resulting in a beautiful sake quality filled with the complexity and crispness of Kimoto brewing.
