Introduction for winter sake brewery tour / Izumibashi Shuzo Co.,Ltd.
Izumibashi make sake with the belief of “making sake is from growing rice.” We grow rice for sake at local fields, polish rice and brew sake at own brewery. We hold a brewery tour to share the fascination of sake and the essence to make sake more enjoyable. We give a tour to see the actual works at brewery from start to finish by explaining the formality and meaning of each process.
Please wait for a while. Currently, we are preparing next winter tour. Following is one of last year’s tour. Please refer to. July 1, 2015
Winter sake brewery tour

We haven’t had a brewery tour before as we did not have enough human resources and from a hygiene perspective; however, we wanted an opportunity to share our belief for making high quality sake and trustworthiness against making secure products through showing actual works at brewery. Also, thankfully, there are many requests from our customers to see sake making processes. So, we decided to set brewery tour this time.
